This weekend I've been in a cooking mood. I made
pirogues, which are little dough dumplings filled with olives, spinach, cheese and nuts. Served with a salad and brown rice they are both tasty and healthy! Yesterday, we made cold cucumber and yoghurt soup with something we call falafel (made from chick- peas). I think I'll have some for lunch today too!
